Here’s a self-awareness evaluation questionnaire focused on helping you evaluate whether you are working with the right people.

These 10 questions will encourage reflection on your relationships with colleagues and managers.

Each question includes a description of how to establish your answer.

  1. Do you feel respected by your colleagues and managers? Description: Reflect on how you are treated at work. Are your opinions valued, and do your colleagues and managers show mutual respect in their interactions with you?

  2. Do you trust the people you work with? Description: Consider whether you feel confident in your colleagues’ integrity and competence. Do you believe they have your back and work with honesty and transparency?

  4. Do you share common goals with your team? Description: Evaluate whether everyone in your team is aligned with the company’s vision and your shared objectives. Do you feel everyone is working towards the same outcomes?

  5. Do you feel inspired or motivated by your team? Description: Reflect on whether your colleagues and managers inspire you to work harder or smarter. Do their attitudes and work ethic uplift or discourage you? It’s not just good for business—it’s essential for your success.

    Evaluation and Next Steps

For each question, rate your experience on a scale of 1-10. Tally your scores:

    • 80-100: You’re working with a team that strongly supports your success.

    • 50-79: Your team has strengths, but there are some concerns to address.

    • Below 50: It might be time to seek a workplace with a better cultural or team fit.
