The questionnaire will ask you 10 questions about your current job that will allow you to evaluate whether you are with the right employer for your needs or whether it’s time to move on.

How satisfied are you with your current role?
Description: Reflect on whether your job brings you joy and fulfillment. Consider your daily tasks—do they excite or frustrate you? Rate your satisfaction on a scale from 1 (very dissatisfied) to 10 (highly satisfied).
Do you feel valued and recognised for your contributions? Description: Think about how often your work is appreciated by your employer or colleagues. Are your ideas heard, and do you receive regular feedback or recognition for your achievements?
Does your job provide opportunities for career growth and development? Description: Evaluate whether your current role allows you to learn new skills, take on challenges, and progress in your career. Are there clear pathways for advancement?
Do you feel supported by your manager or leadership team? Description: Consider the relationship with your manager. Do they provide guidance, listen to your concerns, and support your professional development?
How well do you get along with your colleagues? Description: Reflect on the culture of teamwork and collaboration in your workplace. Do you enjoy working with your team, or is there conflict that impacts your experience?
Is the work-life balance in your job meeting your needs? Description: Assess whether your job allows you to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Are you frequently stressed or working beyond your limits?
Are you fairly compensated for the work you do? Description: Think about whether your salary and benefits reflect your skills, experience, and contributions. Consider industry standards as a benchmark.
Do you feel motivated and inspired in your role? Description: Reflect on your level of enthusiasm for your job. Do you feel a sense of purpose in your work, or is it just a means to an end?
Is your current employer aligned with your personal values? Description: Consider whether the company culture, mission, and ethics align with your own values. Do you feel proud to work for your employer?
Do you see yourself staying in this role long-term?
Description: Think about your future. Can you see yourself in your current role in 1-3 years, or do you feel it’s time to explore new opportunities?
Evaluation and Next Steps
For each question, rate your experience on a scale of 1-10. Tally your scores:
80-100: Your job aligns well with your needs and goals.
50-79: Your job has potential, but there are areas to address.
Below 50: It may be time to explore opportunities better suited to your needs.
