Starting this February, this role is your chance to shine in a newly refurbished store with eight state-of-the-art testing rooms. What Will You Do?

As an Optical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer care and supporting the smooth operation of the store. Your responsibilities include:

• Dispensing to all levels and assisting with frame selections.
  

• Pre-screening patients and supporting optometrists in their work.
  

• Teaching patients about contact lens use (with full training provided).
  

• Handling cash transactions and maintaining an organised reception area.
  

• Delivering exceptional service to a diverse group of patients, from children to the elderly.
  

What We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for a customer-focused Optical Assistant with at least 6 months of optical experience. The ideal candidate will:

• Bring a bubbly personality and a genuine passion for providing excellent service.

• Be reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.

• Have a polite and professional approach to handling customer interactions.
